We collect information that users provide by filling out scheduling forms on the Site or by providing comments or other feedback. If you schedule a consultation or other meeting with attorneys at the Firm, then we will collect additional information about your business or non-profit and any legal issue(s) you may be facing. That information is strictly confidential in accordance with the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct. We use information you provide to us to schedule consultations, client meetings, and other meetings with attorneys at the Firm, to provide updates if you opt-in to our mailing list, to provide legal services if you become a client of the Firm, and to improve our Site and service offerings.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY

As you navigate through our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through our Site, and any communications between your computer and our Site. Among other things, these automatic processes will collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type. This information is used for statistical data and does not include personally identifiable information. We use this data to improve our Site.

The Firm reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media websites.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from our Firm will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors. Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send sensitive information to us by email. If you do, you do so at your own risk.
