Sarah Pollyea has 20+ years of experience as an attorney, with a wide range of experience and interests.
While her background is primarily residential and commercial real estate transactions, Sarah has also represented business owners large and small, seeking to form business entities and business/management plans. Sarah also handles landlord/tenant matters for residential and commercial parties, as well as drafting general wills and trusts. She has worked for several law firms and has served as in-house counsel for companies in Chicago, Cleveland and Columbus. She also volunteers in her community. Sarah is a pro bono attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus as a general advice attorney, including working with Veterans at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Medical Center. She also volunteers as a judge in the Ohio High School Mock Trial State Competition each year.
She is licensed in Ohio, Illinois and District of Columbia state courts, as well as the US Federal Court for Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and US Supreme Court.
